Lost and found

In the Minicon 43 lost and found, now residing in my house, there is:

* The book "Zoboa" by Martin Caidin
* A Speedracer DVD
* A plain black baseball cap
* An electric toothbrush and toothpaste
* A Microsoft LifeChat 1.0 CD
* The book "How to Survive a Robot Uprising"
* Some knitting, looks like scarves, with needles
* A blue carabiner
* 3 miniatures, one painted, two with spears, one with a big bow
* A green D20

If these are yours or you know whose they are, please arrange to pick them up from me. Reply here, e-mail me, or 651-644-1812.

The scarves and knitting needles are mine, (ribbon yarn, blue if I recall. Purple needles). Perhaps Joel can bring them to Denver with him.

Ok. Which Joel are we talking about and when will he and I be in the same place? Would it be easier for me to mail them to you? They're light, so don't worry about the postage.

I think Joel is probably consuite Joel and she lives in Canada.

Ah, so by "Denver", perhaps "Worldcon" was meant. In which case, I could bring them to Denver too. But I'll probably totally forget between now and August, so that's not a good plan. I guess I don't know how much it costs to mail packages to Canada, but I bet I'm still willing.

Sorry, took me this long to follow up on this thread. Yes, Marilee is correct, I meant consuite Joel and Worldcon as well. Packages to Canada from the states are fairly reasonable as far as I know, although not so much in the other direction. Email me at d dot lacey at gmail dot com for the snail mail address. And thanks.

Is the carabiner a light metallic-blue about 3in x 1.5in? If so, it could be mine. I hadn't noticed mine was missing but I checked and mine's not where I normally keep it (in the shoulder-bag I carried around for most of Minicon).

What part of St. Paul do you live in? If the description matches mine, I expect we could arrange a hand off somewhere. Maybe at the pool-party or CONvergence?

It matches your description. Additionally, it says "midwest challenge" on it and it is very beat up.

There's almost no chance that I can remember to do a hand-off until Convergence (July) or the pool-party (Jan/Feb). I propose (1) I mail it to you (2) I put it in the cinder block outside my house at 1631 Selby, St. Paul and you pick it up at your convenience or (3) I give it to you at the mnstf meeting in 9 days at Carol and Jonathan's.

I should point out that I don't know who you are or whether I know you. It might help if you illuminated that. :-)
